WE DO BLING CUSTOM ORDER RETURN / EXCHANGE / CANCELLATION POLICY


We hope you will never need this information; however, things happen. And we will do our best to make it right! While we are a small business, our aim is for each and every customer to be just as satisfied with their purchase(s) from We Do Bling as from a big box store, or hopefully even more so!


Delivery Timeframes:


We, at We Do Bling, are not liable for delays or failure to meet delivery deadlines due to global supply chain challenges, raw material issues, labor-related problems, or circumstances beyond our control. Unforeseen conditions such as weather, courier delays, customs issues, accidents, strikes, war, national holidays, local labor shortages, and other uncontrollable factors may impact delivery schedules. While we strive to adhere to timelines, we cannot guarantee them due to the unpredictable nature of external influences. Your understanding in this matter is highly appreciated.


Cancellations/Modifications:

Once a custom order is placed, full order cancellations are not possible. Additions after production starts will be treated as a new order. Subtractions after production starts will still be charged. If you wish to cancel or modify a part of the custom order, reach out to us as soon as possible. Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering the progress of the order and any completed customization work.

Returns/Exchanges:


For non-custom items that are damaged or defective, you may be eligible for store credit/exchange/repair of the item at the same or lesser value. All sales of custom orders are final, with exceptions for errors made by our team. Given the personalized nature of custom orders, we generally do not accept returns or offer exchanges unless a manufacturer defect or an error on our part is present. If you receive a defective or incorrect custom item, contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the order to initiate a return or replacement. Defective or incorrect items must be returned for inspection within 15 days of receiving the item(s).


We reserve the right to refuse any returns. If the return is found to be unacceptable, the customer will be responsible for paying additional shipping for the item to be returned to them; otherwise, we cannot send back the order, and will have to damage out the item(s). These items will be donated to a worthy nonprofit who are dedicated to providing clothing and other items for the less fortunate. Customers will be contacted via email if an item(s) is not eligible for return with instructions on how to proceed.


Not Eligible for Return:

 

  • Items labeled as "Final Sale" or “Clearance” are not eligible for return or exchange. Custom design apparel cannot be returned, except for manufacturer defects reported within 7 days.
  • We do not replace or repair items due to natural wear and tear or improper care. Please refer to our fabric care sheet if necessary. For non-custom apparel, worn, soiled, altered, or customer-damaged items cannot be returned. Items must be in new or like-new condition.
  • The majority, if not all, of our products are custom-made and printed on demand, meaning we produce items when they are ordered, and we do not maintain inventory. As a result, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges for items due to customers ordering the wrong size or any other customer error. It is crucial to ensure accurate sizing when placing an order for apparel. Each product available in our online store includes a sizing chart located in the product description section. For custom apparel, if a size chart is not available, or if you require fit-kits (if available), please reach out to us via phone or email, and we will promptly provide the necessary information or send a fit-kit to assist you. There is a fee/deposit required for fit-kits. Your satisfaction with the sizing of our apparel is essential to us, and we are here to support you in making the right choices.
  • Any items purchased at a We Do Bling Pop Up Shop are considered FINAL SALE once the shop has closed at the end of the event. No refunds, exchanges, or returns are allowed once the event is over. Any used items purchased at the pop ups are considered AS IS and are also FINAL SALE.
  • Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages whatsoever. Please select priority mail if you are concerned about the safety of your package as it comes with insurance protection. We CANNOT refund or credit for lost or stolen packages.
  • Gift cards are not eligible for returns.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period:


Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Return Shipping Charges Information:


Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped an item in error. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Ship with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost packages.


How to Return an Item:


Contact Customer Service at info@wedobling.com or call 740/346-3175. Upon accepting your return, Customer Service will issue a Return Code. Write the Return Code on the outside of the package. Ship the package with tracking to: We Do Bling c/o WARRANTY RETURN 402 Main St Wintersville OH 43953. If the return item(s) qualify, you'll receive a credit within 7-14 business days of our receipt.


Changes to This Policy:


We reserve the right to change this policy at any time for any reason without prior notice.
